SMS Text Messaging Program
Program description. The Schmook Law Firm, PLLC offers a text messaging program for clients and prospective clients who opt in. Messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment and consultation reminders, case or matter updates, and occasional firm news or offers.
How to opt in. You can opt in by submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at https://schmooklaw.com/contact. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our firm.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for our text messaging program.
Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://schmooklaw.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
